Malmös cultural hub

In the heart of Malmö, a diverse and vibrant community is planned through inclusive urban planning. The neighborhood aims to bring people from different cultures together in a harmonious living environment.

A cultural center lies at the core of the design, serving as a hub for art, music, cuisine, and traditions from around the world. Approximately 800 apartments provide modern living spaces, while communal areas encourage interaction and the formation of many diverse housing communities.

The neighborhood blurs the lines between home and community, fostering a sense of togetherness. It strives to break down barriers, promote understanding, and celebrate diversity, creating a unique and inclusive community where culture, community, and connectivity come together.
